So ends the 2011 season for the Toledo Bass Club.  New members made an impact this year by giving some competition to all.  However, in the end as in most cases, tthe cream does rise to the top and Brent Dunmyer was again the club's top angler for the year (by a sizable margin with limits EVERY tournament!).  There were some others coming up fast on the outside and that was good.  Old members back in the fold began knocking down some good bags as the season progressed.  New boat owners were figuring out what it takes to run a boat, find fish and then catch fish.  It isn't as easy as the people like El Presidente, Honest Hal, the Fall Guy and others make it look.  Take it from one who knows (me-the Web Punk), it is a skill.

BRENT DUNMYER THE 2011 MR. BASS FOR THE TOLEDO BASS CLUB!

Another fine season by a good fishermand and sportsman.  He's our president and best angler, no arguments or debates.  As competitive as they come and a good guy.  The Web Punk tips his hat to you and your fine season, Jerk.

Also nice job by the determined John Black who made many, many trips to Lake St. Clair via the Detroit River to find the spots that would reward him with a bag of fish that would win him the TBC Bass Classic Champion for 2012.  Wear the jacket well my friend, you have earned it.
