The Toledo Bass Club focuses on the waters of the western basin of Lake Erie and surrounding area. These waters are known for great sport fishing including walleye, perch and the mighty smallmouth bass and his cousin the largemouth bass. The Toledo Bass Club has been centered on our fighting friend in the big waters of Lake Erie, the smallmouth bass. However, old bucketmouth is well represented in the bags brought in by members also.

We've been around for awhile...

Our bass club has been around since 1972. Members not only fish in our organization's tournaments but in many other open tournaments throughout the region. Our members are well respected throughout the bass fishing community and are more than accommodating when passing on skills and techniques to fellow members.

As stated earlier we fish for both small and largemouth bass. However with having one of the finest smallmouth bass fisheries in nearby Lake Erie, well let's just say we spend some time out there. We fish Ohio, Michigan and Canadian waters on Lake Erie as well as local rivers and Lake St. Clair.
